Welcome to the website of the Belgian Headache Society (BHS).

The BHS was founded the 27th of september 1984, with the objectives to promote research in the field of headache, and to improve treatments for headache patients. As a full member of the International Headache Society, the BHS improves awareness of headache disorders by publishing the newsletter "Migraine contact", and by organising meetings dedicated to the field of headache. In 2005, two meetings were planned (in May a Headache Update meeting in Ghent, in October a joint meeting with the Belgian Stroke Council).
