New Regulation General Data Protection
Dear BNS member,
From May 25th 2018, the new European privacy legislation (General Data Protection Regulation) came into effect and this legislation applies automatically to all individuals from whom the Belgian Neurological Society (BNS) processes personal information.
We commit to handling your personal information with care. Your data will only be collected in the context of the operation of our non-profit organization: invitations to scientific symposia, sending of new information regarding the society or its activities, and invitation for renewal of membership. Your details will not be passed on to third parties.
It is important to note that we do not keep any personal information other than the information you provided us with in the context of our services. This data will solely be used in that context.
You have the right to refuse us collecting/keeping your personal data. This means that we can no longer invite you to our meetings and activities.
Please inform us by return mail if you wish to be removed from our documentations.
